At TABSBOX LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality custom box solutions tailored specifically to the unique requirements of each client. Due to the customized nature of our products, all orders are made-to-order and designed to meet the specific specifications provided by our clients. As such, we adhere to the following Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Orders

  1. Customized Products
    Since all our boxes are created based on individual client specifications, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the production process has begun. This includes orders for custom sizes, designs, materials, and branding such as logos or artwork.

  2. Client-Approved Designs
    Before production, we ensure that all designs, artwork, and specifications are reviewed and approved by the client. By approving the design, you confirm that you are satisfied with all aspects of the customization, and we proceed accordingly.


Exceptions

While we strive for 100% accuracy and satisfaction, exceptions to this policy may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Production Errors:
    If there is a verified error in manufacturing that does not align with the approved design or specifications, we will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a reprint or partial refund.
  • Damaged Products:
    If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we require that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Please provide detailed photos of the damage, including the packaging and product, to assist with our review.

Resolution Process

To address any concerns regarding your order, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Supporting documentation such as photos or videos will be required.
  3. Our team will investigate the matter and respond within 3-5 business days with a proposed resolution.

Important Notes

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be limited to cases of verified production errors or shipping damage and are subject to our review process.
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate specifications and promptly approve designs to ensure timely and accurate production.
